Conquer stress, improve concentration and find inner peace; be in charge of how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. Labor & Delivery Workshop for Couples with Kathy Stover
Saturday September 25, 10:15 am -12:15 pm, Studio 2, $40 per couple.
This workshop, designed for Mom and partner, will teach breathing and relaxation techniques that will enhance your birthing experience.  All levels are welcome.  

Continuing Pranayama with Kathy Stover
Saturday September 25 and October 30, 9:00-10:00 am, Studio 1, $15 each class. 
Begin or deepen your practice and understanding of Pranayama, the art of breathing, with guidance via Kathy’s 20+ years of experience. Viloma and seated Pranayama will be taught.  All levels welcome.  

Forward Bends with Ruth Fisk
Tuesday October 12, 5:30-7:10 pm, Studio 2, $20.  
We will explore the power of the pelvis in forward bending actions and in the release of the hamstrings through standing, seated and inverted forward bends.  Some experience is necessary.  

Twists with Ruth Fisk,
Tuesday October 19, 5:30-7:10 pm, Studio 2, $20.  
We will move through a progression of twisting actions from the external to the deep tissues in standing, seated and restorative twists.  Some experience is necessary.

Fletcher Pilates® Licensing Courses – Linda Reiff
Dates in September, TBA, $250 per course.
Open to all Pilates, Yoga, Dance and Group Exercise instructors, Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists, Alexander and Feldenkrais Practitioners.  Serious Pilates students are also invited to attend.

Ashtanga Flow with Angie Jackson

Based on Ashtanga yoga, this class will explore each student’s edge, focusing on the integration of breath and movement.  Beginners and advanced practitioners alike will be given the opportunity to modify or advance the poses. 

Pilates TRX® Resistance Training with Linda Reiff 
This class incorporates core strengthening and Pilates principles using standing exercises and specially designed resistance bands.  Provides an aerobic workout and utilizes all the major muscles groups.

Restorative Yoga with Lauren Long

This class focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures.  Designed as an evening class to help calm the nervous system and give your body an opportunity to renew and heal itself!  Restorative yoga is beneficial for anyone wanting to stimulate the immune, endocrine, or nervous system to help bring you back to balance in a gentle and satisfying way.  Recommended for everyone!

Yoga Relaxations: Shitali Karana with Clare Collins
Tuesday, Sept 21, Sept 28 and Oct 5., 7:30- 8:30pm
Cost: $39 Located in Good Space Yoga in East wing of Building
Shitali Karana is a powerful relaxation and meditation technique with wide ranging physical and mental effects. This series focuses on three variations of the technique, moving from simple to more complex. Each class will include yoga postures and breath awareness to prepare the body, mind and breath for meditation. All levels. Handouts included. Gentle Yoga for Health Challenges with Clare Collins
