This is your time to refresh and renew yourself. Quiet your nervous system, reduce your fatigue/stress, as well as support your immune system through supported asana and gentle breathing techniques.

Continuing Pranayama – Kathy Stover

All levels welcome. Begin or deepen your practice and understanding of Pranayama, the art of breathing, with guidance via Kathy’s 20+ years of experience.

New Classes

Get Ready to Roll – Joanne Bullard
Wednesdays, Jan 11 & 18, Feb 8 & 15 11:00 am -12:30 pm, Studio 2, $30.
This new offering is a unique form of self care using a soft yet firm small ball (4-9 inches in diameter). Learn to loosen tight muscles, fascia and restrictions that resist regular massage, yoga or stretch. Using breath and the ball, this is a deeply relaxing routine that you’ll use year after year to help you stay toned and flexible. Two classes will have you ready to roll on your own.

Mom & Baby Yoga – Donna Cervelli
Wednesdays, 5:45-7:00 pm, Studio 2, $96.
Mom & Baby Yoga is a gentle yoga practice for moms and infants (2 to 6 months of age). Moms and babies will learn to breathe and move together. Moms will learn to reconnect with their own bodies, increase strength and flexibility, and practice breath awareness. Babies are invited to join in poses that use soothing, gentle movements, or they may simply rest on a blanket and express themselves!

Pilates Circuit – Linda Reiff and Steve Sisk
Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30 am, Studio 2, $176.
Work on all the different Pilates equipment in a group setting, including Reformer, Barrel, Tower and Chair. Intermediate level. Permission of instructor required.

Pilates Foundations – Linda Reiff
Fridays, 9:30-10:30 am, Studio 2, $105.
This class combines the fundamental movement principles of Pilates Classic Mat and Fletcher Floorwork® to focus on strengthening and deepening the core muscles while stretching the body in a safe and effective way. Designed for students who want to learn the basics of Pilates and/or who need modifications. The class is perfect for students who would like to try Pilates in a safe and nurturing environment.
