Foam rollers enhance the results of the exercises and help with proper alignment, are used for balance training and self-massage. The manual includes the Pilates principles, a selection of exercises and a suggested work-out. A limited number of foam rollers are available. If you are interested in buying a foam roller, contact Marianne by April 28. (517) 381 1836, yogapath@gmail.com

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. Dynamic movement is linked with rhythmic breathing. The sets (kriyas as taught by Yogi Bhajan) combine breathing, stretches, posture and meditation to invigorate the body, balance the glandular system and strengthen the nervous system. Kundalini Yoga builds flexibility, endurance and awareness. It can be aerobic, or it can be quiet and reflective, but it is always a unique and uplifting experience. Kundalini yoga sets and meditations can be done by people of varying fitness levels. By proper breathing and leaning in the right direction of the exercises, you will benefit and utilize your creative potential.Contact (517) 381 1836, yogapath@gmail.com
