Noelle Wegener

Noelle graduated from Michigan State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then pursued a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Baker College and has been working in the acute care setting for 8 years. She has always had a passion not only for exercise but for the brain and body connection.

Noelle discovered the Anat Baniel Method® Neuromovement® (ABMNM), and is a certified practitioner for adults and children. Her classes are based on the 9 essentials of ABMNM.

The 9 essentials include: movement with attention, slow variation, subtlety, enthusiasm, flexible goals, the learning switch, imagination and dreams, and awareness.

Noelle teaches Transformational Movement Lessons (TML). Each lesson focuses on upgrading the brain through slow movements that lead to increased awareness, flexibility, decreased pain and overall improved well-being.
