STRAPS AND RESTORATIVES
Find peace and balance in a luscious asana practice using straps followed by restorative poses. A series of fun and effective postures supported by yoga
straps will relieve stiffness and rejuvenate muscles from head to toe. This prepares the body for gentle and supported restorative postures that remove stress and fatigue from the body and mind. With the use of props each restorative pose encourages deep relaxation and rest over 10 or so minutes. Followed by the strap practice, the restorative sequence assists in managing stress through deep relaxation.
