Lisa Holzer

Lisa is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT500 teacher and YACEP continuing education provider. She has been teaching for nearly 15 years, 8 of which were as a studio owner and yoga teacher training program facilitator. In addition to her yoga training, Lisa has been a trained shamanic and intuitive practitioner for nearly 20 years. Lisa offers a blend of flow and alignment-based classes, and her deep love of philosophy and spiritual practice are woven into her teaching style. Lisa considers herself a lifelong student of her own practice, and her teaching continues to evolve alongside her changing personal practice.
