Jamie Taylor, LMT
Jami Taylor graduated from Lansing Community College in 2010 for massage therapy and started practicing massage in clinical settings working with chiropractors. During that time she was able to gain insights and experience when working with clients who had injuries and chronic pain and how to provide relief.
The foundation of her practice began with Swedish massage and trigger point therapy, with touches of reflexology, polarity and prenatal massage. After the first year practicing, Jami became passionate about the use of hot stone massage therapy and enjoys integrating this method into every massage she gives. Adding hot stones have proven to be a helpful tool that are integral to allowing her client's to fully relax, let go of all stress, and find a space of healing.
Learning to work with the body layer by layer and using the right techniques for each unique massage is Jami's passion. This approach is the most effective way to give every client long lasting, pain revealing therapeutic results. It's this mindful holistic practice that has clients coming back year after year to indulge, relax, and heal.
Being a lifetime learner Jami continues to grow her toolbox knowing that every client has their own needs. Techniques frequently used include: Hot Stone Massage Therapy, Massage cupping, Auth method, Craniosacral, Myofascial release and Aroma therapy. When combined these tools of healing will deepen your experience of peace, serenity, and rejuvenation.
